Finding Your Inspiration through Podcasts
Hey, guys! Today I want to continue talking about finding inspiration. The last post was on Journaling and how it helps to create inspiration. But today I want to introduce another way you can easily motivate yourself. Listen to a podcast. Find one you like, about a subject you like. If you’re struggling in holding yourself accountable to do off-ice then find a podcast that talks about the importance of training. Listen to it while you get ready in the morning and … BOOM now you feel hyped up and responsible to do that workout. They don’t have too be long and you don’t even have to listen to the whole episode (although I would recomend you do!).
